Fugu Shabu-shabu prepared swiftly in fragrant broth, allowing diners to savor the fresh taste of this exquisite fish. Additionally, the course includes
Fugu nigiri, providing a dual experience to appreciate the rich nuances of this seasonal ingredient.
The Fugu journey continues with other culinary highlights such as
grilled Sablefish marinated in Saikyo miso, crispy
Fugu tempura, and a delightful

aburi chutoro (seared fatty tuna),
