IntegriChain Welcomes Chris Hare as New Chief Revenue Officer to Propel Growth Forward
IntegriChain Welcomes Chris Hare as Chief Revenue Officer
IntegriChain, a leader in revenue optimization technologies for the pharmaceutical sector, has made a significant announcement: Chris Hare is stepping into the role of Chief Revenue Officer. This move comes as the company approaches its 20th anniversary and seeks to strengthen its commercial strategies for future growth.
An Experienced Leader in Healthcare SaaS
Chris Hare brings with him over 20 years of experience, specifically in fostering high-performing revenue-generating teams within the healthcare sector and healthcare SaaS environments. Previously, Hare championed his role as Chief Growth and Revenue Officer at Intelerad, where he led a global commercial team that consistently achieved double-digit growth, culminating in the company's acquisition by GE HealthCare this year. His expertise in navigating the complex healthcare technology landscape positions him well to lead IntegriChain's commercial strategy.
Hare's past roles have consistently involved steering organizations through significant growth and transformation, often during challenging market conditions. His tenure at Salix Pharmaceuticals, where he excelled as a top-selling representative, equipped him with firsthand insights into pharmaceutical commercialization. This experience is invaluable as IntegriChain supports the commercial, market access, and finance teams of the manufacturers it serves.
Aligning Vision with Experience
What sets Hare apart is his unique understanding of the pressures faced by biopharma manufacturers, especially amidst recent changes in pricing and reimbursement policies. His proficiency in scaling data and analytics platforms further complement IntegriChain’s ICyte® Platform, which integrates data, technology, and managed services across the commercialization lifecycle.
Prior to joining IntegriChain, Hare had significant achievements at Net Health, where he managed sales for a diverse portfolio catering to specialty healthcare SaaS needs, including EMR and revenue cycle management. This diverse background enables him to align closely with IntegriChain’s direction as they plan for supporting biopharma’s needs moving forward.
Building for the Future
Additionally, Hare has exhibited prowess in managing revenue operations, having developed teams that enhance reporting and forecasting capabilities while fostering predictable revenue growth. His keen insight into private equity dynamics is particularly relevant as IntegriChain partners closely with Nordic Capital to navigate its next growth phase.
In a statement, Josh Halpern, CEO of IntegriChain, remarked, “For 20 years, IntegriChain has helped biopharma manufacturers turn commercialization complexity into clarity. We’re entering our next chapter with real momentum, and Chris’s understanding of our customers and his track record in building accountable growth engines make him our trusted leader for commercial growth.”
In his own words, Hare expressed enthusiasm for joining IntegriChain, highlighting the company’s strong foundation and the talented culture within the organization as motivating factors for his decision.
