Seminar on Increasing E-Commerce Conversion and Repeat Rates
YTGATE, a consulting company specializing in payment solutions, has announced that its CEO, Yutaro Takahashi, will participate in the upcoming seminar titled "Practical Ways to Increase CV and Repeat Rates that Directly Impact E-Commerce Sales." This event, hosted by Logo Labo, will take place online on November 26, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Attendees can join for free starting at 10:50 AM.
About the Seminar
The seminar aims to equip e-commerce business owners and marketers with strategies to boost both conversion and repeat purchase rates. The topics to be discussed include improving product pages, effectively utilizing customer reviews and user-generated content (UGC), enhancing site navigation and personalization, countering cart abandonment, and designing re-engagement plans through newsletters and LINE messaging. The session will feature real-life case studies, showcasing actionable steps to achieve tangible results.
Key Discussion Points by Yutaro Takahashi
Takahashi will address a common challenge in the e-commerce sector: the lack of awareness regarding payment approval rates. Many e-commerce companies do not accurately track their "payment approval rates," which can lead to unintentional cart abandonment and customer attrition due to security measures like 3D Secure. This often results in lost sales opportunities that businesses remain unaware of.
Imagine standing at a store counter, ready to pay, only to be told, "Sorry, we can't process your payment right now." This significant disappointment parallels the experience of transaction failures in e-commerce. While brick-and-mortar stores can swiftly tackle such issues, these problems persist in the digital realm without resolution.
In this session, the focus will be on visualizing the factors that influence payment approval rates, which are critical to conversion performance. Attendees will learn about the conditions under which card companies decline payments and the importance of data integration for effective improvement strategies. Takahashi will introduce specific measures to analyze approval rates in real-time using YTGuard, YTGATE's Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.
The goal is to enable businesses to measure CVR (conversion rate) and CAC (customer acquisition cost) accurately and visualize the entire flow from traffic intake to successful payment processing, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
