Yosuke Inaba, has qualified to participate in the
45th National Skills Competition for Persons with Disabilities (Abilympics) in the computer programming category. Alongside this prestigious competition, the company will also exhibit at the
Disability Work Fair 2025, aimed at highlighting its commitment to employing and supporting individuals with disabilities.
The participation in this national competition serves as an excellent opportunity for Inaba to enhance his skills further. Meanwhile, the showcase at the Work Fair will allow the company to inform attendees about its initiatives and real-world examples of support for disabled workers, thus contributing to a greater understanding and awareness about the employment of individuals with disabilities.
About the National Skills Competition for Persons with Disabilities
The Abilympics aims to provide a platform where individuals with disabilities can compete based on the skills they have honed over the years. This event not only enhances their professional abilities but also seeks to foster a deeper understanding of and encourage the employment of people with disabilities in corporations and society at large. A total of
25 skill events with
445 participants will be held during the competition.
Furthermore, this national event will serve as a selection process for representatives from Japan who will compete in the
11th International Abilympics, which will be hosted in Finland in May 2027.
Yosuke Inaba: Competitor in Computer Programming
Yosuke Inaba started his programming journey in the first year of middle school, bringing over
40 years of experience to the table. He has worked as a system engineer and has engaged in macro development during his previous administrative roles before joining Tokyo Business Services. With a calm demeanor and robust PC skills, Inaba is currently responsible for conducting internal training related to computer skills for new employees. He has participated in the National Skills Competition before, winning a
bronze medal in the 2024 competition, making this his third participation.
