The Future Generations Essay Contest: A Celebration of Voices
The Soloviev Foundation is embarking on an inspiring journey by unveiling its Future Generations Essay Contest, aimed at engaging New York City’s youth in a powerful reflection on liberty and its significance in the context of America’s history. Set against the backdrop of the major public art installation, Path of Liberty That Which Unites US, this initiative encourages students to explore and express their personal understandings of freedom.
Awards and Recognition
As a part of this essay contest, 21 students from grades 6-12 will be recognized for their exceptional contributions, with awards ranging from $500 to $5,000. These funds are intended to support the winners' future educational endeavors. The climax of this exciting initiative will occur on May 8, 2025, where the winning essay will be unveiled during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Path of Liberty exhibit. The chosen student will have the unique opportunity to present their essay in front of a prominent audience comprised of community leaders and stakeholders.
