Since the launch of Solaris in 2001, the series has focused on exceptional cuvées, particularly the renowned Higashiyama Cabernet Sauvignon and Higashiyama Merlot. The Manifica 2018 is crafted from the highest quality grapes harvested in a standout year, meticulously blended to create a luxurious and refined wine experience.

A Selective Harvest Process

To create this extraordinary wine, Mann's Wine Co. has employed a rigorous selection process. The grapes are sourced from the top ranges of the Higashiyama region in Ueda City. Only the finest grapes are chosen, undergoing intensive manual sorting and destemming to ensure that only fully ripened, healthy berries make the cut. This attention to detail continues with fermentation in stainless steel tanks and subsequent maturation in barrels for approximately 20 months.
