Known for its exceptional Hakata Udon, the newly introduced brand, "Hashida Taikichi," will provide a diverse menu that caters to everything from casual post-work drinks to lively banquets. Guests can indulge in a variety of delectable dishes, including tempura and other unique offerings, all featuring our carefully crafted Udon broth.

Step into the warm ambiance of Hakata with our interiors that echo the spirit of Fukuoka's Udon Izakayas. Here, you can feel the local vibe with wheat bags from Fukuoka and enjoy refreshing drinks alongside an array of delicious appetizers. With seasonal ingredients dominating our menu, we serve popular items like pork belly tempura and avocado tempura, creating a feast for both your eyes and palate. We offer a wide selection of beverages, including sake, shochu, beer, and sours, making our spot ideal for after-work drinks or a laid-back dinner.

At "Hashida Honten," we're also introducing the beloved local dish "Mizutaki". Made from carefully selected Hakata chicken, we simmer the bones for five hours to craft a rich, flavorful broth. Priced at JPY 2,750 (tax included) for a serving of our famous Mizutaki, we require a minimum order of two servings. Add to your meal a variety of summer appetizers like fried corn or asparagus, along with sashimi and grilled options, perfect for enjoying during the hot season.
