AI-Powered Communication Tool Launched by iSeikatsu for Real Estate Managers

iSeikatsu Enhances Real Estate Management with AI Technology

In a significant advancement for the real estate sector, iSeikatsu, based in Minato, Tokyo, has officially launched its new AI Drafting functionality for the iSeikatsu Owner application. This innovative feature aims to facilitate smoother communications between property management companies and property owners, thereby streamlining operations in rental management.

Background of the AI Drafting Feature

Property management professionals often need to engage in various forms of communication with property owners, ranging from regular monthly reports to handling complaints, equipment malfunctions, move-out situations, and inquiries about vacant properties. Engaging with property owners can occur over diverse platforms, such as voice calls and instant messaging apps. In these interactions, property managers face the challenge of crafting messages tailored to each owner's unique conversation style and level of formality. This task becomes burdensome, especially when the message's content is clear but needs thoughtful construction.

The newly introduced AI Drafting feature allows property managers to input the key requirements of their message into a draft. With just a push of a button, an empathetic and coherent message is automatically generated, taking into account the context and prior conversation history. This result can be seamlessly integrated into the messaging interface with a single click, making it easy to send promptly.

Having undergone a proof of concept (PoC) since May this year, this functionality has demonstrated its capacity to enhance efficiency in real estate management. Consequently, iSeikatsu has decided to roll out this tool as a standard feature to all existing customers.

Security Measures by iSeikatsu

iSeikatsu places a strong emphasis on data security, incorporating three main pillars to protect customer data:

1. Structural Separation: The company maintains a strict separation between its internal office environment and the secure data storage (SaaS) environment, akin to “isolated islands”. This architectural design ensures that even if an internal PC is compromised, there are structural barriers preventing any potential breaches to the SaaS platform.

2. Zero Trust Architecture: Adopting a zero-trust approach, iSeikatsu assumes no access is inherently safe. Every request for access is verified under scrutiny, much like security measures at an airport. This includes enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA) and rigorous identity verification processes.

3. Cloud-Native Design: Unlike traditional remote desktop protocols, iSeikatsu utilizes browser-based and API communication technologies. This structure limits interaction to predefined data inputs, eliminating risks commonly associated with file-sharing mechanisms that could serve as virus transmission pathways.

In addition, iSeikatsu holds multiple international certifications, including ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS), ISO/IEC 27017 (ISMS-CLS), and ISO/IEC 20000 (ITSMS), demonstrating its commitment to stringent operational standards.

As a strategic partner rather than just a software vendor, iSeikatsu continues to prioritize the business continuity of its clients, aiming to provide a reliable foundation for real estate operations.

Conclusion

The AI Drafting feature not only marks a pivotal technological breakthrough for property management firms but also reinforces iSeikatsu’s dedication to enhancing the effectiveness of communication in the real estate sector. By embracing these advancements, iSeikatsu reaffirms its vision of creating a more seamless and efficient operational landscape.
