KEL Co., Ltd., headquartered in Tama City, Tokyo, is excited to announce the expansion of its ASLS series connectors designed for ultra-fine coaxial cables with a pitch of 0.4mm. This expansion includes the addition of two new pin count options: 40 pins and 50 pins, which complement the existing offering of 30 pins. Furthermore, KEL is actively working on developing 60-pin variations as well as fully shielded EMC-enhanced models, aiming to meet the diverse demands of the market.

The ASLS series connectors stand out with their industry-leading compact design, boasting a board area occupation of only 44mm² for the 30-pin version. They offer a non-magnetic construction that eliminates the influence of magnetic fields, ensuring reliable performance across a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The connectors feature a lock structure between the contacts and shells, providing excellent tactile feedback, secure mating, and enhanced cable pull-out strength. The innovative double-crimping structure significantly improves cable holding power, making the ASLS series an ideal choice for various applications.
