BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War Debuts in Fortnite Soon

BLEACH's Entry into Fortnite

Epic Games has officially announced that the popular anime series, BLEACH: Thousand-Year Blood War, will make its debut in Fortnite on December 21 (JST). This exciting crossover invites players worldwide to immerse themselves in the rich narrative and fascinating character designs of the BLEACH universe. Various gameplay elements and visual items will be showcased in the game's content, blending the worlds of BLEACH and Fortnite seamlessly.

Item Shop Features

Starting from December 21, players can find costumes and accessories related to beloved characters such as Ichigo Kurosaki, Rukia Kuchiki, Uryuu Ishida, and Orihime Inoue available for purchase in Fortnite's item shop. Players will also be able to acquire back accessories, pickaxes, vehicles, and emotes themed around BLEACH.

Additionally, fans of Rocket League can enjoy a range of BLEACH-themed customization options, including decals, wheels, boosts, trails, and goal explosions, enriching the gaming experience further.

Experience BLEACH in Blitz Royale

From December 23 (JST), BLEACH will further expand its presence within Fortnite through the Blitz Royale mode, allowing players to engage with weapons and superpowers inspired by the BLEACH world.

Game Features:

- Zangetsu’s Dual Blades: Wield your zanpakuto and unleash the powerful Getsuga Tensho.
- Hollow's Mask: Utilize the formidable Hollow Flash to release dazzling energy waves.

Completing three matches in the BLEACH themed Blitz mode will reward players with an exclusive collectible item, a limited edition artwork from PIERROT FILMS, showcasing classic scenes from the anime.

Special Events and Collaborations

In line with the BLEACH debut, Epic Games will host a train jack event on the JR Keiyo Line from December 15 to 28 (JST), allowing fans to experience the visual collaboration first-hand. Riders are advised not to inquire about the specifics with railway personnel, as changes to the schedule may occur without notice. The last day of running may also see adjustments depending on the logistics of removal operations.

On December 20 and 21 (JST), attendees of the Jump Festa 2026 at the Studio Pierrot booth will be treated to visual displays and trailers. Exclusive goodies, including a collaboration pouch and postcards themed around Fortnite | BLEACH, will be distributed to visitors.
