Under the guidance of renowned executive chef Michiya Nakauchi, who was honored with the prestigious "Chevalier of the French Agricultural Merit" in 2020, these Osechi selections promise an extravagant celebration for the new year.

The offerings feature a unique blend of traditional Japanese and luxurious French dishes. Two highlights include the "Hotel Select Japanese-Western Two-Tiered Osechi" and the "Hotel Select French Osechi Set," designed to enhance the joy of welcoming the new year.

Diverse Selections for Every Celebration


Among the specialties is the "Hotel Select French Osechi Set," which boasts 16 dishes that incorporate auspicious ingredients like herring roe, sea bream, and chestnuts along with luxurious fare such as caviar and truffle. Complementing this, dishes include a rich gratin made with domestic Ise lobster and a succulent filet mignon Rossini topped with foie gras. To conclude, a dazzling dessert featuring gold leaf, known as Jewel Rouge, adds a festive touch.

The "Hotel Select Japanese-Western Two-Tiered Osechi" combines 12 carefully chosen traditional Japanese dishes in the Japanese tier and 11 exquisite French items in the Western tier. Traditional offerings include Ise lobster dressed in miso mayonnaise, black beans, and chestnut paste, alongside gourmet treats such as roasted beef, venison pâté, and soft-boiled abalone.

For those seeking a more intimate experience, the "Premium One-Serving Hotel Osechi" features a selection of 12 classic dishes beautifully arranged for one, making it perfect for personal celebrations or as a thoughtful gift.
