The Exciting Event Ahead
The competition kicks off with the
2026 TOYO TIRES FWT HAKUBA QUALIFIER 4, where spectators can expect thrilling performances from participating athletes. The event promises to bring high-energy riding, and attendees will be able to witness the action up close.
In collaboration with YETI®, Mammut will also launch the HAKUBA EXTREME VIEWING

Mammut's Commitment to Safety and Performance
From the 2025 event onwards, Mammut's ski collection has been appointed the official ski wear for the FWT JAPAN SERIES. This includes a range of products such as the Eiger Free series, designed specifically for extreme free riding conditions, and the Stoney series, known for its exceptional versatility and protection. The Fall Line series caters to resort skiing needs, emphasizing comfort and functionality with features designed for optimal performance on the slopes.

What is FWT?
The Freeride World Tour is an international competition for freeride skiing and snowboarding, which commenced in 1996 in Switzerland. Today, it boasts over 150 global events and approximately 5,500 registered athletes and is expected to feature in the International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) events by 2024. The FWT JAPAN SERIES, hosted annually in Hakuba since 2017, has seen immense participation from around 300 competitors both local and international. This year, the 2026 TOYO TIRES FWT JAPAN SERIES will feature three thrilling events from late January to early March.
