In an exciting announcement, Qatari Diar has officially entered into a strategic agreement with Dar Global to develop the Trump International Golf Club and an accompanying ultra-luxury residential community known as Trump Villas on the picturesque coast of Simaisma. This groundbreaking initiative lies within the larger Simaisma Masterplan, which aims to redefine the eastern coastline of Qatar, just 40 kilometers north of Doha.

The hospitality project comprises an expansive 790,000 square meters within an 8 million square meter area, promising a dazzling array of amenities including a world-class 18-hole golf course, a luxurious golf clubhouse, and premium Trump-branded villas offering stunning views of both the golf course and the beach. The villas will also provide direct access to white sandy beaches and will be in close proximity to other luxury lifestyle destinations that are set to enrich the area.

His Excellency Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, the Minister of Municipality and Chairman of Qatari Diar, expressed his enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, "We are thrilled to collaborate with Dar Global to introduce the prestigious Trump brand to Simaisma.
