During his tenure at Xaxis, Bidon was instrumental in transforming the company into an outcome-focused media entity powered by advanced AI technology, enabling substantial growth across 47 markets.

Prior to his successful career at WPP, Bidon held notable positions at leading tech firms, including Yahoo and several high-impact software startups like Microstrategy and Watchfire, which was eventually acquired by IBM.
