Exciting Collaboration in Asakusa: Tokyo Rickshaw Unveils Scented Fans

Tokyo Rickshaw, operated by Rise Up Co., Ltd., partners once again with Character Innovate Co., Ltd. to offer a unique summer experience in Asakusa. Starting from June 1, 2025, a total of 9,000 scented fans created by four popular rickshaw pullers will be distributed for free!

This collaboration, the second of its kind, follows the successful launch of the "Fragrance Mist of the Rickshaw Men" last year. It perfectly captures the essence of summer with beautifully designed fans that hold a personalized scent.

Scented Fans - A Unique Experience

The fans will feature a mix of four different fragrances, created by popular rickshaw pullers during workshops. Two rickshaw pullers collaborated on each of the unique scents, making it a delightful surprise for those who collect them. Here are the fragrances you can expect:

1. Crimson Voyage: Created by Naoki Yamamoto and Kiyoto Sekiguchi, this scent offers a divine blend of bergamot, magnolia, cassis, and musk, evoking an elegant aroma.
2. Miyuchimu’s Fragrance: Made by Miyu Iijima, it combines grapefruit, cassis, Assam tea, and amber to create a light, refreshing scent.
3. Kotagiri Rickshaw Scent: Crafted by Kanta Odagiri, it’s the most refreshing scent featuring bergamot, lily of the valley, cassis, and amber.
4. Tokyo Rickshaw 2025: This scent represents the spirit of Tokyo Rickshaw, with a composition of grapefruit, rose, Assam tea, and amber.

Visitors to Asakusa will have the chance to obtain these fragrant fans until August 31, 2025. Each fan is not only practical for staying cool but also an innovative way of capturing memories of the summer in Asakusa.

In addition to the delightful fans, those who show their fans at the inimu Asakusa store will receive special benefits. The store will offer discounts on a signature fabric mist creation experience, typically priced at ¥1,300 (approximately $10), now available for just ¥1,000 (about $7). This promotion runs throughout the collaboration period, providing a unique opportunity to craft a personal fragrance while enjoying the enticing scents from the fan.
