2025 Tokyo Inclusive Community Awareness Caravan
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is excited to announce the upcoming
2025 Tokyo Inclusive Community Awareness Caravan. This initiative aims to promote understanding of disabilities while fostering a society of coexistence, coinciding with the Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics.
Event Details
This event will be held on several occasions:
- - September 27, 2025 (Saturday)
- - November 3, 2025 (Monday, Public Holiday)
- - October 18, 2025 (Saturday)
- - January 17, 2026 (Saturday)
Venue: Sunshine City Fountain Square (Alpa B1), and Aeon Mall Musashimurayama 1F Center Court.
Admission is
free and no prior registration is required. We will provide essential services such as sign language interpretation, summary writing, and hearing loops to ensure accessibility for all attendees.
Stage Programs
- - Opening Performance: The Teikyo University Cheerleading Club will perform an acrobatic sign language dance, featuring a special arrangement of the Deaflympic support song, Shuwashuwa☆Deaflympics!.

- - Premium Talk Show: Titled Together as a Couple, We've Become Top Athletes, featuring athletes who compete in the Deaflympics and Paralympics. The discussion will focus on the theme of
