Kolev joins DCI after serving as CFO at ITS Logistics, a major third-party logistics provider with revenues exceeding $1.3 billion. During his tenure, he guided the company through a successful exit to a strategic buyer, showcasing his capability in handling complex financial operations within the logistics sector. His previous role as CFO of Industrial Service Solutions further underscores his expertise; here, he was instrumental in executing a "buy-and-build" strategy that nearly doubled the company’s revenue, culminating in a successful transition to a new private equity partner.

In his new position at DCI, Kolev will oversee the company’s global financial strategy. His responsibilities will encompass financial reporting, treasury management, and the integration of mergers and acquisitions.
