September 19, 2025, all 13 locations will introduce an enticing autumn menu featuring delicious seasonal flavors, including roasted chestnuts and figs, showcased in a variety of unique dishes.

four distinct dishes: pizza, pasta, minestrone, and a fresh salad.

Four-Cheese and Roasted Chestnut Pizza
Priced at
¥1,690, this exquisite pizza features a harmony of mozzarella, Parmesan, Pecorino Romano, and Gorgonzola cheeses, combined with tender, sweet Italian roasted chestnuts and high-quality domestic sausage. The richness of the four cheeses is perfectly balanced by the delicate aroma and taste of honey. Please note that this dish is not suitable for children under the age of one due to the inclusion of honey.

Porcini and Pancetta Cream Pasta
This divine pasta is priced at
¥1,890 and showcases the umami of fresh porcini mushrooms, sautéed with pancetta, mushrooms, and onions, all enveloped in a luxurious cream sauce enriched with French black truffle oil. This dish is a must-try for pasta lovers, especially during this season. Please be aware that the availability of fresh porcini mushrooms may vary based on supply.

Duck Breast, Mushroom, and Fig Salad with Blood Orange Dressing
Available in two sizes,
regular (¥1,180) and
medium (¥890), this fresh salad features perfectly cooked, low-temperature duck breast paired with sautéed maitake and bunashimeji mushrooms, topped with sweet and tangy figs and accented with a refreshing blood orange dressing.

¥550, this delightful minestrone soup combines the flavors of cabbage, bacon, celery, onion, and carrots, enriched with seasonal mushrooms such as king oyster, shimeji, and shiitake. Topped with crispy fried maitake and fresh basil oil, this dish offers a fragrant and heartwarming experience.
