This alliance will focus on integrating Tsunagu Net's management association-oriented digital transformation platform, Mcloud, with NJK's core management system, FMS, and the cloud service FMS-Delivery for condominium management.

Background and Objectives

In the field of condominium management, disconnection between core operations and resident-facing services often results in duplicated entries and information bottlenecks, leading to increased workload. As a result of accumulating inefficiencies, addressing the issue of labor shortages has become a pressing necessity. The partnership aims to establish a seamless process that transcends application, approval, execution, accounting, and reporting phases by leveraging NJK's strength in core business operations and Tsunagu Net's expertise in resident communication.
