Tin Men Capital Leads $7.4 Million Series A Round for Ailytics' AI-Powered Vision Technology

Tin Men Capital Leads $7.4 Million Series A Funding for Ailytics

In a significant move for the AI landscape, Tin Men Capital spearheaded a $7.4 million Series A funding round for the innovative startup Ailytics. This investment is strategically aimed at bolstering Ailytics’ expansion into key markets including the Asia-Pacific region, the United States, and the Gulf area.

Founded in Singapore in 2021, Ailytics specializes in transforming existing industrial CCTV systems into cutting-edge security and operational tools utilizing artificial intelligence. With this latest influx of capital, the startup plans to enhance its technological capabilities and extend its reach in various sectors across 15 countries worldwide.

Growth and Expansion

Since its initial funding round of $2.7 million back in April 2024, Ailytics has seen remarkable growth, expanding its project implementations from 70 to over 400. The company started with public housing projects (HDB) in Singapore and now boasts major implementations in prominent organizations such as NatSteel, PaxOcean, DHL, and even the Leonardo da Vinci International Airport in Rome.

Co-founder and CEO Lenard Tan emphasized the importance of this funding in facilitating localized teams in the United States, Japan, Australia, and the Gulf region, particularly focusing on challenging outdoor industrial environments. “We are constructing a global industrial AI company from Singapore,” stated Tan.

Groundbreaking Technology

Ailytics' flagship product, Ailyssa, offers a unique three-dimensional spatial understanding derived from standard two-dimensional video sources. It is designed to operate effectively in various challenging conditions, including rain, dust, and low-light scenarios, and is compatible with older camera systems as well. This allows for real-time practical insights without the need for significant infrastructural upgrades.

The latest iteration of Ailyssa, known as AilyssaX, features an advanced reasoning engine that processes contextual moving scenes, providing multi-step procedure verification and generating precise relevance alerts. Prateek Manocha, co-founder and CTO, shared that this funding will enable them to develop specialized reasoning models while maintaining low execution costs amid growing demand for intelligent AI solutions.

Strong Market Performance

According to Tan, Ailytics has penetrated 15 markets with a robust unit economy and a customer churn rate below 1%. This impressive performance underscores the company’s commitment to scaling globally while supporting its local teams. “We are fully invested in supporting the Ailytics team as it advances on the global stage,” remarked Jeremy Tan, co-founder and managing partner at Tin Men Capital.

As the demand for intelligent surveillance systems continues to surge, Ailytics is poised to play a crucial role in the ongoing digital transformation of industrial security processes worldwide. With its AI-driven capabilities, the company stands at the forefront, ready to meet the evolving needs of various industries across different regions.
