Next Level Performance Celebrates 50 Years of Community Impact with HOPE Week Initiatives
Next Level Performance, a prominent player in employee engagement solutions, proudly celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, marking five decades of impactful service within communities. To honor this significant milestone, the company has embraced HOPE Week—a tradition dedicated to community service, aptly titled Helping Other Persevere and Excel. This year's events underscored not only the organization's commitment to altruism but also its continuous drive to inspire employees and foster collaborative spirit.
HOPE Week is spearheaded by the core belief that businesses have a vital role in uplifting the communities they serve. Jim Dittman, Founder and Chairman of Next Level Performance, articulated this notion, sharing on the occasion, "As we celebrate these 50 years, HOPE Week reminds us that our dedication to community service has been unwavering from the very outset. It has become an integral part of our legacy and will continue to shape our future."
This year's HOPE Week featured an exciting new initiative: 50 Days of Giving Back, encouraging employees to volunteer for causes that resonate deeply with them. Across various locations, team members engaged in a plethora of volunteer projects aimed at supporting nonprofit organizations and individuals in need. This not only showcased Next Level's cultural ethos of giving back but also reaffirmed how deeply this commitment runs through the organization.
Among the many collaborative undertakings during HOPE Week, employees lent their hands to Elijah's Promise, actively participating in meal preparation and assembling essential items like snack packs and silverware for families facing food insecurity. Furthermore, the team stepped up by preparing 96 backpacks brimming with school supplies for children battling cancer, a contribution in partnership with the Valerie Fund. As part of their outreach efforts, 192 snack packs were assembled for the Center for Food Action's Weekend Snack Pack Program, ensuring healthy food reaches vulnerable children.
The celebration of this milestone also saw Next Level Performance making generous charitable contributions. A total of $25,000 was donated to five nonprofit organizations that, like Next Level, were founded in 1976—each with a profound commitment to creating positive change in their communities. Recipients of this generosity included The Valerie Fund, Center for Food Action, Center for Hope & Safety, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Coastal Northern New Jersey, and Greater Middlesex Morris Habitat for Humanity.
Dave Dittman, President of Next Level Performance, further emphasized the importance of this anniversary, stating, "Our 50th anniversary is not just a reflection of past achievements but an opportunity to chart our direction moving forward. The fervor and dedication demonstrated by our teams during HOPE Week confirm that our mission and commitment to service continues to thrive as robustly today as it did in the past."
As Next Level Performance looks toward the future, it remains steadfast in its quest to assist organizations in motivating their workforce, strengthening relationships, and achieving outstanding results. The organization seeks to foster a ripple effect of positivity, continually investing in community initiatives that contribute to lasting change.
Established in 1976, Next Level Performance has risen to become a global leader in employee engagement, harnessing incentive travel, recognition, and engagement solutions to drive business performance. Entering this next chapter, the company is enthusiastic about furthering its legacy while continuing to stand as a beacon of hope and service within the community.
