On March 24, 2026, a unique event will take place at the bar hotel Hakone Koyan, located in the serene region of Hakone, Kanagawa Prefecture. The hotel, managed by Shimada House Co., Ltd., will host the unveiling of the extremely limited Glen Grant 65-Year-Old single malt whisky. Only 151 bottles of this remarkable whisky have been produced worldwide, making it a coveted item for whisky collectors and enthusiasts alike.
The evening will commence with a special masterclass led by Tomoya Shirai, the brand ambassador for Campari Group. Attendees will learn about the exquisite characteristics of Glen Grant and the fascinating background behind its 65-year maturation process. This will be a perfect opportunity to indulge the senses, as participants engage in a guided tasting session, sampling various Glen Grant expressions alongside the main attraction - the 65-Year-Old whisky, available for a limited price of 120,000 yen (excluding tax) per pour.
