Significant Copper-Tin-Silver Discoveries at Pan Global's Escacena Project in Southern Spain

Pan Global Resources Announces Significant Drill Results in Southern Spain

Pan Global Resources Inc. has reported substantial findings from its ongoing drilling program at the Escacena Project, located in southern Spain. Recent drill results from both the La Romana and La Pantoja targets indicate promising copper-tin-silver mineralization, highlighting the potential for further discoveries in this mineral-rich region.

Key Findings from La Romana

The La Romana target has shown strong VMS (volcanogenic massive sulfide)-type mineralization, continuing to extend northwest. Recently completed drillholes revealed impressive grades:

  • - Drillhole LRD186 confirmed 1.57% copper equivalent over an 8-meter interval, including a section of 3.35% copper equivalent over 3 meters.
  • - Similarly, Drillhole LRD185 exhibited 5.0 meters at a copper equivalent grade of 0.66%, which validates the continuity of the copper-tin mineralization at La Romana.

Overall, the drilling confirmed a substantial mineralized trend extending over 1.7 kilometers, with significant potential to expand the higher-grade zone further down at the site. The drill results at La Romana reflect not only the resource potential but also the promising outlook for future exploration in the area.

Insights from La Pantoja Target

In addition to La Romana, Pan Global has uncovered a new zone of copper-tin mineralization at the La Pantoja target, located to the west of La Romana. Early drill results from La Pantoja indicated:

  • - Drillhole LPD01 recorded a significant intersection of 1.83% copper equivalent over 1.35 meters as well as a notable 1.70% copper equivalent over a 3-meter segment.
  • - Notably, Drillhole LPD03 intersected 5.42% copper equivalent from 1 meter, showcasing the high-grade potential of the area.

These promising results suggest that La Pantoja could reveal an extensive mineral system beneath La Romana, as similar geophysical indicators point toward stronger mineralization at depth.

Future Exploration Plans

As the Escacena Project continues to generate exciting discoveries, further drilling is underway at other high-priority targets such as Bravo and the Providencia target in the Cármenes Project in northern Spain. The Pan Global team intends to further explore the extensive mineral potential both at La Romana and La Pantoja, focusing on uncovering more high-grade targets in the Iberian Pyrite Belt.

President and CEO Tim Moody expressed optimism over the early results, indicating that the initial drilling at La Pantoja confirms a significant exploration opportunity beneath La Romana. The company anticipates continuing exploration and additional drill results in the coming weeks, further elaborating on the mineralization trends identified.

Conclusion

Pan Global Resources’ recent drill results from the Escacena Project mark a significant milestone as they uncover substantial copper-tin-silver deposits in southern Spain. The promising findings from La Romana, complemented by new discoveries at La Pantoja, showcase the company’s potential for growth in the mining landscape. Interested stakeholders can anticipate more developments as the team progresses with further drilling efforts to fully assess the extent of mineralization in this strategically important area.
