Discover the Elegant Ashoka Diamond Jewelry at WAKO
Wako Co., Ltd. is hosting a spectacular event named "WAKO×ASHOKA® AMAZING DIAMONDS - New York to Ginza" from November 19 (Wednesday) to November 24 (Monday) at the Seiko House Hall on the 6th floor. This exhibition will present the stunning collection of Ashoka diamond jewelry, celebrated for its unique craftsmanship and historical significance.
The Ashoka diamond was birthed in 1999 by the renowned New York jeweler, William Goldberg, named after a legendary king from ancient India. The diamond is identifiable by its elongated and slender cut, combined with rounded corners, boasting an impressive 62 facets that give off a delicate brilliance and clarity, setting it apart from the traditional brilliant cut.
Wako is the only authorized dealer in Japan to purchase Ashoka diamonds directly, having managed the entire process from design to production, and this year marks the 10th anniversary of this exclusive collaboration.
This year’s exhibition is themed "New York to Ginza," showcasing a full lineup of classic designs, limited edition pieces featuring rare pink diamonds, and a preview of the new eighth series of Ashoka diamond jewelry. Special high jewelry pieces will also be introduced, directly imported from New York. This is a unique opportunity to experience the allure of Ashoka diamonds and the exquisite world of jewelry crafted by Wako.
