On October 6 and 7, as well as November 5, 2025, Tokyo Skytree will host an extraordinary event known as the Moon Viewing Event. This exciting initiative, organized in collaboration with Vixen Co., Ltd., a renowned optical device manufacturer based in Saitama, Japan, offers a unique chance to observe the enchanting details of the moon through high-quality telescopes.

Tokyo Skytree: A Scenic Spot for Moon Observation

Tokyo Skytree's observation deck provides a breathtaking view of the moon, recognized in 2017 as one of the "Japan's Hundred Notable Moons." This designation underscores the importance and beauty of moon-gazing from this spectacular vantage point, making it an ideal location for astronomy enthusiasts and casual observers alike.

The event will run from 19:30 to 21:30 on October 6 and 7, and from 18:30 to 20:30 on November 5. Participants will be able to access the observation deck, located on the 350th floor, for free, although an entrance fee for the observatory is required.
