Ace Green Recycling Expands Global Operations



Ace Green Recycling, Inc., a prominent name in sustainable battery recycling technology, has announced its significant advancements in global expansion through targeted equipment deployments in Taiwan, Thailand, and Armenia. This initiative marks a crucial step in the company's strategy to enhance its international footprint in the battery recycling sector.

Taiwan Operations Set for Launch



The latest equipment for the Taiwan project, in collaboration with ACME Metal Enterprise, is already prepared for shipment as of December 2025. The arrival and commercial deployment of this equipment are expected by early 2026, representing Phase II of their multi-stage collaboration. This development follows the successful initiation of Phase I, which was carried out between 2023 and 2024. During this initial phase, ACME began utilizing Ace's GREENLEAD® technology in their operations, thus progressing towards a zero-emissions lead battery recycling process at their facility in Keelung City.

The new licensing agreement, established in June 2025, allowed the integration of Ace's proprietary Grid Metallics Processing System (GMPS) into the Taiwanese facility. Once fully operational, ACME will be capable of processing up to 60 million pounds of used lead-acid battery scrap annually, which equates to around two million car batteries, thereby significantly boosting lead and lead alloy production.

Progress in Thailand



Simultaneously, Ace is set to maintain its momentum with the Thailand initiative. The deployment of the GMPS recycling system at their Thai facility is on track, with shipments planned for January 2026 followed by operational deployment from March to April. This project is an essential element of Ace's broader strategy in Asia, focusing on meeting the increasing regional demands for sustainable battery recycling solutions. The innovative technology is designed to achieve high recovery efficiencies of lead alloys while minimizing waste, attuned to the regional shift towards energy-storage and mobility applications.

Advancements in Armenia



The company has commenced the equipment shipment for two distinct recycling projects in Armenia, addressing both lead-acid and lithium-ion battery processing systems. The shipments, planned in batches through December 2025 and January 2026, are aimed at creating fully operational facilities set to launch in April to May 2026. These projects are a continuation of Ace's earlier strategic licensing agreements with Mel Metal LLC, a leading non-ferrous recycler in Armenia, boosting the establishment of sustainable and zero Scope 1 emissions recycling capabilities in the Southern Caucasus.

The strategic location of Armenia serves as a gateway for Ace's future expansions into neighboring Georgia and broader access to crucial European markets focused on battery materials.

A Vision for Global Leadership



Nishchay Chadha, CEO of Ace Green Recycling, emphasized, “We are executing on our vision to establish Ace as a global leader in advanced battery recycling solutions.” The recent deployments are seen as critical milestones in the company's mission to enhance its international presence across varied geographies and battery chemistries.

In addition to international endeavors, the company appointed industry expert Rick Stollsteimer as the Senior Vice President of Operations. His role will focus on operational readiness at Ace's flagship facility in Silsbee, Texas, where they plan to launch a lead-acid recycling system in 2026, followed by a lithium-ion system in 2027.

Overall, Ace Green Recycling is continually looking towards opportunities that expand its zero-emissions recycling capabilities into other key markets, affirming its commitment to sustainable practices across the battery recycling industry.
