In reflecting on the past year, we feel a strong sense of accomplishment, having built upon the achievements of 2024 to reach new heights, all thanks to the unwavering support from our customers and partners. Last year represented a significant milestone for Pendo Japan, and as we look to 2026, we are committed to transforming potential into tangible outcomes together.

One of the highlights from the previous year was our flagship event, PendomoniumX Tokyo, held in July under the theme of “Advancing User Experience through Comprehensive Data.” It was a pleasure to engage in dynamic discussions and share insights with top executives and experts from across various industries. The event provided valuable learnings about the current state and challenges of digital transformation (DX) in diverse sectors, and we will continue to enhance this event, making it even more valuable moving forward.

To support our customers’ DX initiatives, it is crucial that we deliver cutting-edge solutions powered by the latest technology and AI. In 2024, we will further focus on AI, leveraging the strengths of our founding team, who all have expertise in product-related fields, to provide the 'in-demand' technologies that product stakeholders and all individuals surrounding software will need. Key AI solutions introduced include Pendo Agent Analytics, which visualizes AI agent performance, and Pendo Predict, which directly contributes to business value by aiding customer retention and cross-selling strategies. The launch of the interactive AI feature, Agent Mode, also embodies our vision of transformative experiences brought about by AI. We anticipate that in 2026, these innovations will continue to evolve, ultimately supporting businesses in achieving success.

In our reflections from last year, we pledged to keep enhancing the Pendo platform and contributing to improved software experiences for our clients. We take pride in our strengthened capabilities, which have allowed us to provide even better support for DX initiatives across Japan.

Commitment to the Japanese Market



As a global brand, Pendo has evolved while investing in unique approaches tailored specifically for the Japanese market. In last year's address, we introduced the concept of our new consulting service, branded as “Pendo Lab,” to better serve local clients. The name was recently changed to “Pendo Dojo,” symbolizing a commitment to ensuring our clients feel a supportive partnership. Launched in September last year, the Pendo Dojo experience has garnered significant interest and revealed a strong demand, making it a key focus for us in 2026. We aim to enhance our support systems and elevate our programming, ensuring that more clients can take full advantage of the Pendo Dojo.

Furthermore, we recognize the limitations of SaaS vendors working in isolation to improve their products, making ecosystem construction vital. Our strategic partnership with BeKind Labs, specializing in practical consulting within agile development, marks an important step towards improving software experiences and fostering autonomous development practices.

Sustainable Growth Through Trust



Thanks to the robust support surrounding our existing products, new features, and initiatives, our sales and support teams have expanded by 350%, achieving a 300% adoption rate for resellers. We’ve secured trust among numerous leading companies across finance, retail, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors, solidifying Pendo's value.

Vision for 2026: Establishing Pendo as a Leader in AI Strategy Execution



This year, Pendo Japan aims to reinforce its position as the only platform that comprehensively supports user experience analysis and retention. Our focus will be on harnessing AI to further enhance product improvements and decision-making support. We plan to expand our consulting structure centered on the Pendo Dojo, actively helping clients embed “processes that drive results through AI” within their organizations.

Additionally, we look forward to deepening partnerships with fellow firms, building an ecosystem that maximizes product value to ensure that Pendo's platform benefits more companies across Japan.
