A Brief Background on Hidetoshi Shindo

Hidetoshi Shindo is a distinguished legal professional, having graduated from the Faculty of Law at Kyoto University. He furthered his education at Duke University School of Law, obtaining an LLM, and pursued an LLCM at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is licensed to practice law in New York State. Over the years, he has garnered extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and legal matters through his tenure at Daiwa Securities Company, among others. His legal prowess also includes experience in cross-border M&A and derivative market regulations.

In October 2018, Shindo joined Fintertech as the Head of Legal and Due Diligence, focusing on fintech business areas such as digital asset-backed loans and crowdfunding.
