As the summer season approaches, Nana’s Green Tea, a café brand specializing in matcha and Japanese teas, is set to tantalize taste buds with its exclusive summer menu. Beginning on July 8, 2025, customers can indulge in two limited-edition dishes: Natural Mochi Tuna Neabatoro Mixed Rice and Natural Mochi Tuna Kimchi Natto Bowl. Both dishes utilize freshly landed mochi tuna sourced directly from Nachikatsuura, combined with organic rice to deliver delightful summer flavors.

The first dish, Natural Mochi Tuna Neabatoro Mixed Rice, showcases the rich, unique textures of the mochi tuna. This blend is complemented by an assortment of sticky ingredients such as yam from Aomori, natto made from domestic soybeans, crunchy pickles from Miyazaki, and wasabi stems sourced from the Azumino region of Nagano. These ingredients not only add delightful flavors but also provide textural contrasts that enhance the dining experience. Customers are encouraged to mix and match the components on their own, using a tangy homemade sauce for an added zesty twist, lending a refreshing touch reminiscent of vinegared rice. Wrapping everything up with seaweed from Ariake adds an extra flair to the experience.

The second dish is the return of last summer's popular item: Natural Mochi Tuna Kimchi Natto Bowl. This dish takes the mochi tuna and combines it with kimchi, natto, seasonal vegetables, and sesame oil, creating a tantalizingly spicy flavor that pairs perfectly with rice. Known for arousing appetites even in the heat, it provides a different yet equally satisfying culinary experience.

Both dishes are priced at ¥1,480 (tax included) and will be available from July 8 until stocks run out. Please note that takeout is not available, and the dishes are part of drink, lunch, and food set menus. Unfortunately, there is no small-size option, and some locations may not offer these items, so checking with local stores is recommended.
