To capitalize on this burgeoning interest, the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) launched the "2025 K-Food Fair B2B" in September, which was hosted at the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel in Los Angeles. From September 24 to 25, the K-Food Fair drew 43 South Korean food brands and 77 American buyers together. This diverse assembly created numerous business networking and trading opportunities. Throughout the two-day event, approximately 415 business meetings were conducted, yielding 11 memorandums of understanding (MOUs) valued at around $9.8 million. The fair highlighted popular product categories including traditional Korean alcoholic beverages and ready-to-eat meals, both of which garnered significant attention from U.S. importers and retailers.

In addition to the main exhibition, attendees praised various side programs that enriched the experience. These included market testing sessions featuring local influencers, seminars focused on FDA regulations and customs compliance, and workshops on strategically penetrating the North American market. Mr. Yu Tae Paik, Director of the aT Los Angeles Office, emphasized the significance of the U.S. as the largest export market for K-Food. He stated, "By connecting K-Food with K-Content fandom and lifestyle trends, we aim to create new global opportunities and strengthen the ongoing K-Food wave."

They intend to continue amplifying the growing popularity of K-Food by expanding B2B networks and developing stronger collaborations with local distributors.
