ZOOMLION Showcases Advanced Hybrid Farming Solutions at AGRITECHNICA 2025

Hannover, Germany – In a remarkable debut at the AGRITECHNICA 2025 event, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 1157.HK) introduced nine exhibits, including host machines and agricultural implements. This significant presentation highlighted the company's latest advancements in hybrid and intelligent agricultural technologies, reflecting its unwavering commitment to innovation and sustainable development in global agriculture.

Among the new offerings, Zoomlion featured four advanced energy-efficient machines in Pavilion 5: the hybrid tractors DV3504, DQ2604, DL1604, along with the powerful H7-600E hybrid combine harvester, boasting an impressive 480 horsepower. These hybrid tractors, designed for large-scale, intelligent, and sustainable farming practices, promise high power output, fuel efficiency, and enhanced operator comfort, with power ranges from 160 to 350 horsepower.

The flagship DV3504 hybrid tractor is equipped with Zoomlion’s patented MIDD distributed intelligent electric drive system, delivering a pull force of 119 kN and a hydraulic power of 227 L/min, tailored to meet the high demands of large-scale agriculture while providing comfort through a soundproof cabin and pneumatic suspension seat.

Additionally, a live demonstration broadcast from China showcased how the Zoomlion DV3504 performs autonomous tillage operations. The presentation, backed by the Zpilot Pro system, illustrated Zoomlion’s capacity to optimize the entire agricultural process, from soil preparation and planting to harvest management. Attendees observed five simultaneous viewpoints thanks to a drone, tractor cameras, cabin displays, and a cloud management platform. The tractor demonstrated its ability to autonomously generate optimal paths, execute various maneuvers including X-turns, and maintain centimeter-level accuracy through multi-sensor fusion and high-precision positioning systems.

The H7-600E combine harvester drew significant attention with its performance metrics: achieving over 20% higher efficiency than its counterparts, reducing operator’s workload by over 30%, needing 70% fewer drivetrain components, and showing more than a 50% increase in reliability, all while consuming 30% less energy. As the world's first hybrid large-scale intelligent grain harvester, it integrates a 480-horsepower engine with an 11.55 kWh battery, delivering peak power exceeding 600 horsepower.

Zoomlion's German subsidiary, RABE, also contributed to the showcase with three new premium implements: the intelligent SUPER ALBATROS plow, PHOENIX T 600 soil cultivator, and PANDION M 500 disc harrow, designed to provide comprehensive agricultural solutions tailored to various soil conditions.
