Regional Core and Distinctive Research University Strengthening Promotion Project (J-PEAKS), which was approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) on December 22, 2023. This ambitious project involves a significant investment of approximately 5.5 billion yen over five years, aimed at forming a network of research universities that will drive the advancement of research capabilities nationwide.
In line with its
Long-term Vision 2050, which emphasizes co-creating a sustainable future for the region and the planet, Okayama University is not only utilizing the J-PEAKS project to bolster its research capabilities but actively engaging with various stakeholders to foster innovation and collaboration.
