Celebrate Obakeidoro's 7th Anniversary!

The beloved game "Obakeidoro!" is taking a significant leap as it marks its 7th anniversary. Freestyle Co., Ltd. is excited to announce the release of the series' first-ever capsule toys, available in stores nationwide through the popular capsule toy platform, Gashacoco. To top it off, a vibrant pop-up event will be held to celebrate this milestone.

First Capsule Toy Launch

Set for release in early August 2026, the Obakeidoro capsule toys are designed by Stand Stones. They feature four delightful figures from the game, including Arisa, Ares, Guri, and Tsugihagi – all ready to join you in their playful chase! Collecting these figures is an opportunity to bring the characters from the game into the real world.

Lantern Collection

Alongside the figures, there's also the Lantern Collection, which includes six types of adorably miniaturized lantern mascots inspired by the game. This range showcases exciting designs including the classic lantern, a wolf head, and a skull, all equipped with functional light-up features that add to their charm. Each capsule is priced at 400 yen (tax included).

Exclusive Pop-Up Events

To commemorate the release of these capsule toys and the 7th anniversary of the series, a pop-up event will take place at three Gashacoco locations:

- Gashacoco Ikebukuro
- Gashacoco Nagoya Zero Gate
- Gashacoco Shinsaibashi BIGSTEP

The event is scheduled from August 7 (Friday) to August 20 (Thursday), 2026. Attendees can enjoy various activities including merchandise sales, game experiences, and promotional events.

Special Gifts and Promotions

During the event, customers purchasing two Obakeidoro capsule toys will receive a cute Chibi Obake sticker (three designs available) as a gift, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally, in the event corner, a variety of Obakeidoro merchandise including items from both "Obakeidoro!" and "Obakeidoro 2" will be sold. If attendees spend over 2,000 yen on merchandise, they will receive a limited edition shopper bag.

Game Experience Days

On August 8 and 9, visitors will have a special opportunity to experience the Nintendo Switch 2 version of "Obakeidoro 2." Each participant in these game experience sessions will receive an original coaster as a token of appreciation. The game experience will run from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Ikebukuro and Nagoya locations only.

Exciting Giveaways

In celebration of the Nintendo Switch version of "Obakeidoro 2," a follow-and-repost giveaway campaign will take place offering a chance to win a 5,000 yen original QUO card for five lucky individuals. Participants must follow the FS Game Development Room's official account (@FSGame_official) and repost the designated promotional post before August 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
