Under his leadership, he propelled the company towards significant growth, culminating in a successful acquisition by Balchem Corporation. His adeptness at facilitating seamless integration during this period showcased his remarkable strategic capabilities.

He also has a rich history with SAM Medical Products, a company recognized worldwide for its innovative emergency medical solutions. Additionally, Dr. Polliack founded two dynamic ventures: POLL Medical, designing cutting-edge devices for radiotherapy aimed at head and neck cancer patients, and Diatomix, a company focused on air purification technologies.

With degrees in Chemistry and Biomedical Engineering, Dr. Polliack is not only an experienced executive but also an inventor, boasting 11 issued patents that underscore his commitment to innovation.
