This adaptation, brought to life for Netflix, will begin its global exclusive streaming on June 11. The series is adapted from a popular webtoon created by PTJ cartoon company and illustrated by Keisuke Kim.

With over 540 million views domestically and an astonishing 2.28 billion globally, 'Kenkadou Gakushuu' is widely recognized, earning the distinction of being a recommended work at the 25th Agency for Cultural Affairs Media Arts Festival in Japan. The story of the underdog has also achieved a milestone by being adapted into a TV anime set to release in 2024.

Recently, the main trailer and key visuals for the 'Kenkadou Gakushuu' series were unveiled, along with the announcement of additional cast members. Notable characters from the webtoon, such as Natsumi Asami portrayed by Airi Nakae, Tatsuya Ogi played by Noritaka Hamao, and Reo Shinjo by Kentaro Maeda, are set to appear alongside a stellar ensemble cast which includes Yusuke Iseya, Gaku Sano, Yoshitan Otsuru, and Tsutomu Kataoka.
