Hive Shibuya Expands to Nurture More Startups

On September 1, 2025, Hive Shibuya, the dedicated co-working space for startups located in Shibuya, is set to inaugurate a new floor as part of its expansion. This initiative, backed by Sun Frontier Realty, East Ventures, and Z Venture Capital, aims to address the growing demand for startup support and workspace.

Since its inception in January 2023, Hive Shibuya has provided crucial support for early-stage startups, particularly those in the early Seed phase and approaching Series A funding. Conveniently located at the intersection of Shibuya Scramble, it has quickly become a sought-after hub for entrepreneurial ventures. The new fourth floor, which covers approximately 206.95 square meters, will accommodate around 40 additional seats, expanding the total capacity to 120 seats for approximately 70 startups.
