GAC Launches Innovative Brand and Services at 2026 Paris Motor Show

The 91st Paris Motor Show commenced on October 12, 2026, held at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. GAC, known for its cutting-edge automotive engineering, showcased its commitment to sustainable transportation by introducing a new brand and several innovative services. Highlighting a new chapter in the localization of its entire value chain in Europe, GAC made waves with the world debut of the AION UT Cross. This model combines the functionality of a hatchback with the spaciousness of an SUV, tailored specifically to meet the transportation needs of European consumers.

GAC’s unveiling of its promise for Europe, titled "GAC. THE ENGINEERS," marks a strategic move to further embed itself within the European automotive market. During the press day at the auto show, GAC also launched GAC CARE+, a comprehensive service initiative aimed at enhancing customer experiences in Europe. This program embodies their mission encapsulated in the tagline "Always There, Always Care," focusing on comfort, safety, care, and intelligence in service delivery.

As part of its ambitious growth strategy, GAC has established its Milan Design Center, integrating forward-thinking European design with a global aesthetic. Furthermore, GAC plans to open a European research and development center by 2027, emphasizing its commitment to innovation and adaptation to the European market.

Manufacturing operations within Europe have commenced for models including the AION V and AION UT, both of which have achieved a five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP. GAC’s distribution and service network has expanded across 30 European nations, with over 180 service locations anticipated by year-end, signifying a robust presence in the region.

In tandem with its product launch, GAC solidified its connection to European culture through a global partnership with Chelsea Football Club, which was formalized during the event. This collaboration is designed to strengthen GAC’s visibility and rapport with consumers through the sport, promising to bridge the gap between automotive engineering and the passionate realm of football.

Looking forward, GAC remains steadfast in its dedication to evolving products and technologies with an engineering mindset, aiming to offer European users carbon-neutral, eco-friendly, and intelligent mobility experiences. With a focus on building a complete ecosystem that includes charging networks, household energy supply systems, and battery recycling, GAC's efforts align with the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions in Europe.
