Nichole Vasquez's journey with Plamondon began over a decade ago when she joined the company in 2010 as an hourly associate. Her impressive trajectory through various positions within the company showcases her unwavering commitment and remarkable leadership skills. Throughout her career at Plamondon, Nichole has successfully managed multiple Marriott properties in Maryland, consistently achieving outstanding business outcomes. Most recently, she was the General Manager of the Courtyard Frederick while overseeing the operational performance of additional properties in the area.
