The April menu includes two delectable dishes: Sakura Ebi Tempura with Nanohana and Pork and Eggplant Tempura with Grated Daikon Soba. Both dishes are available daily from 10 AM until the inventory lasts.

Sakura Ebi Tempura with Nanohana

This is the first time in 12 years that the standard-sized Sakura Ebi Tempura will be featured on the menu. Enjoy the aromatic crunch of Sakura shrimp paired with the bittersweet flavor of fresh nanohana (rapeseed flowers), creating a delightful gastronomic experience. Both soba and udon options are available, served either hot or cold to suit your preference.

Pork and Eggplant Tempura with Grated Daikon Soba
