Tagosaku, a renowned okowa (steamed rice) specialty shop under Greenhouse Foods, is set to launch a delightful new product line called Okoworld. This series is designed to bring the flavors of the world to your everyday meals, offering a range of rice dishes inspired by international cuisine. The launch will take place exclusively on April 22, 2026, at the newly opened Perrier Inage store.

The Okoworld series is carefully curated under the guidance of a certified nutritionist, embodying the theme of “enjoying culinary journeys.” This new menu showcases a blend of taste and visual appeal, featuring a variety of ingredients that capture the essence of popular global dishes.

In conjunction with the Okoworld series, Tagosaku will also unveil a healthy twist on traditional rice by integrating “mochi barley” into their recipes. This innovative barley-infused rice offers a unique crunchy texture while enhancing the nutritional profile. Packed with dietary fiber, this new dish can help combat constipation and regulate blood sugar levels. Meanwhile, the sister store specializing in rice balls, Share Musubi, will offer a range of rice ball options made with mochi rice and barley.
