ISFnet Celebrates 27 Years of Growth and Commitment

As of January 12, 2026, ISFnet proudly enters its 27th year of operation, an achievement made possible by the unwavering dedication of our employees and the trust placed in us by our clients and business partners. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in this journey.

Founded with just four members, ISFnet has grown into a robust enterprise that now includes over 2,300 engineers. Our presence in the IT infrastructure sector has become prominent, reflecting our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Last year marked a significant milestone for ISFnet, as we achieved our highest sales and profits in 25 years in October. To reward our employees for their hard work and contributions, we distributed a new performance-based bonus in December. Furthermore, we introduced a biannual evaluation system and a special promotion program, resulting in 208 promotions and salary increases during the first half of the year. This initiative underscores our focus on improving the treatment of engineers and boosting employee engagement.

As we forge ahead, we have established a new growth strategy called “Five Number Ones of Japan,” aimed for completion by the end of 2030. Despite challenges such as inflation, high energy prices, and currency fluctuations affecting the economy and corporate profits last year, our employees united in their dedication to our business activities. Now, five years since we declared our vision for the “Utopia for IT Infrastructure Engineers,” we are determined to continue our advancement toward even greater success.

Moreover, we plan to further expand opportunities not only in Japan but also across our overseas offices in South Korea, China, and Singapore. Our ongoing commitment to “Diverse and Inclusive Employment” aims to ensure that those facing challenges in entering the workforce can find security and acceptance, fostering an environment where everyone can experience the joy of work and a sense of purpose.
