Born with an exceptional background in strategic planning and business transformation, Bourgier brings over 20 years of extensive experience to Gilbane, with 13 of those years being U.S.-based. Her expertise spans across various sectors including
environmental, energy, and infrastructure. In her new capacity, Bourgier will be critical in shaping and executing Gilbane’s long-term growth strategies, collaborating with the company’s subsidiaries such as Gilbane Building and Gilbane Development to pinpoint emerging market opportunities.
