The HCJ2026, a prominent trade exhibition dedicated to the hospitality, food service, and meal management sectors, kicked off on February 17, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight. The HCJ2026 utilizes the East Exhibition Halls 4 to 6 and West Exhibition Halls 1 to 4 at the Tokyo Big Sight, with eager visitors forming long lines even before the opening at 10 AM.
