Dr. Boyd brings a wealth of expertise in addressing healthcare challenges, particularly in medically underserved populations.

Dr. Boyd, who has dedicated her career to improving health outcomes for vulnerable groups, expressed her enthusiasm for her new role. Before joining CINQCARE, Dr. Boyd was the President and CEO of Unity Health Care, a significant network of community health centers in Washington, D.C., which serves nearly 90,000 patients. During her tenure at Unity, she implemented innovative strategies to increase access to primary care, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under her leadership, Unity Health Care expanded its services across 27 locations, ensuring that critical healthcare needs were met for communities with limited access.

Dr. Boyd's medical journey began at Baltimore Medical System, where she served as Chief Medical Officer and laid the groundwork for her extensive leadership experience. She has also played vital roles at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where she continues to serve on the Board, and McKinsey & Company. Additionally, she is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the National Medical Association.
