Meet the Presenter
Kazuya Matsumoto, COO of Japan EC Services Co., Ltd., is the expert leading the seminar. Born in 1985, Matsumoto graduated from Saitama University with a degree in science. He has extensive experience in web production, advertising management, and direction, having worked with diverse promotional strategies including listing, SEO, social media, and video advertising. Notably, he has spearheaded the development of the web customer service tool "KaiU" and the LINE management support tool "LSEG," alongside leading projects from front-end implementations. Since 2021, he has been active in seminars and customer support at Japan EC Services, focusing on LINE marketing strategies.
