The Kin Katsu, priced at 1,500 yen (tax included), is available exclusively during lunch hours from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The set includes not only the signature cutlet, but also seasonal salad featuring homemade carrot dressing, French-style chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), soup of the day, rice, special simmering sauce, truffle miso, and rémoulade sauce, along with a complimentary coffee for the perfect ending.
