Running from January 10 to March 6, 2026, this culinary journey will showcase an array of exquisite dishes from three esteemed restaurants within the hotel.

The participating restaurants for this exciting event include Buff Dining Porto, Japanese Restaurant Shimizu, and Chinese Restaurant Manrihien. Each venue will feature specially crafted menus designed to celebrate the distinctive tastes and culinary heritage of the northern regions of Japan.

Buffet Dining Porto


At Buffet Dining Porto, guests will be treated to a culinary adventure featuring Hokkaido's renowned ingredients. One highlight is the succulent roast beef made from Hokkaido's premium Sakura beef, known for its rich flavor profile. Guests can also indulge in traditional Miyagi Prefecture dishes such as Harako-meshi, a rice dish topped with salmon roe, showcasing the coastal bounty of the area. For those wanting an exclusive winter treat, weekday dinner attendees can delight in Ezo deer pâté paired with white beans and a tomato stew.
