Addressing Workplace Difficulties: YORISOU's Upcoming Workshops



In an era where workplace challenges are becoming increasingly prominent, YORISOU Social Insurance Labor Consultants, based in Nakano, Tokyo, is taking a significant step forward by launching a series of workshops titled "From Known to Unknown." Running from July 2025 to June 2026, this program consists of 12 interactive sessions aimed at exploring various factors contributing to workplace difficulties.

Understanding the Challenges


The primary objective of these workshops is to delve into the myriad reasons behind the feeling of discomfort in the workplace, often referred to as "working unease." Participants will engage with experts in various fields including corporate management, healthcare, and welfare to gain deeper insights. Sessions will cover pressing social issues such as developmental disorders, school refusal, employment for the disabled, and mental health problems related to occupational injuries.

Each session will feature specialists who will share their expertise through presentations and discussions. Participants will be granted real-time attendance as well as access to archived sessions for flexible learning.   • - Location: Chiyoda, Tokyo – 3 minutes from Kojimachi Station, 8 minutes from Yotsuya Station.
  • - Duration: July 1, 2025, to June 2, 2026, from 17:15 to 19:30 (11th session until 19:45).
  • - Participation Fee: 120,000 JPY per person (excluding tax), with discounted rates for multiple attendees from the same organization.
