Chef Okakura: A Culinary Journey
Chef Okakura graduated from a specialized culinary school in Tokyo and trained under the legendary Wakiya Tomofumi. After gaining invaluable experience preparing for restaurant openings in New York and collaborating on international events, he became the head chef at Wakiya Issho Charo and Tsurandot Yusenkyo before taking charge at Shanghai Rouge. Following its relocation, the name changed to Ginza Rouge, now offering an alluring chef's table experience.
