The keynote speaker for the evening was Tadachiyo Nagata, a former executive of Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, who now leads T&A Management, a firm dedicated to management consulting and investment. Nagata brought with him an extensive career in finance, spanning nearly four decades, during which he played pivotal roles in various corporations, including significant contributions during the IT bubble and subsequent retail sector reforms.

Nagata’s presentation focused on the theme of "Inequality and a Risk-Taking Society." His insights highlighted the need for society to evolve to combat these growing inequalities while encouraging innovative solutions that can lead to a stronger safety net within the community.
